Do you support Alipay and WeChat Pay in-store?
Yes. AirPay is a specialist in Chinese payment methods. All Clover terminals we supply accept Alipay and WeChat Pay — scan-to-pay, display-to-scan, and online checkout.
When do funds settle?
Card acquiring transactions settle next business day (T+1). BPay bill payments settle T+3. AirPay gift card settlement timing is determined by Mastercard’s clearing cycle. Specific timing will be confirmed during onboarding.
What card schemes do you support?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, and Diners Club. Plus eftpos and contactless wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
Can I accept payments outside Australia?
AirPay is licensed in Australia (AFSL 526194) and New Zealand (FSP 557526). We can process payments from both entities.
